1. 30-Day Return & Refund Window
Royal Market offers a 30-day return and refund policy on eligible digital marketing services. Clients have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase or the date the service officially commences to request a refund, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be entertained, except in cases where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Because digital marketing services involve labor, expertise, time investment, third-party platform fees, ad spend, and customized strategy development, not all services are eligible for a full refund. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines:

You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase AND work has not yet commenced on your project.

- The service was canceled by Royal Market for reasons not attributable to the client.
- Technical issues on our side made it impossible to deliver the service.
⚠️ Eligible for Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- The refund is requested between 8 to 30 days after the service has commenced.
- A portion of the agreed-upon deliverables has already been completed, delivered, or is in active progress.
- Third-party costs (such as ad spend, software subscriptions, premium tools, stock images, domain purchases, hosting, or platform fees) have already been incurred. These costs are non-refundable.
- Strategy development, research, audits, or planning phases have been completed.
Partial refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, time invested, and any non-recoverable expenses paid to third parties on your behalf.

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- The 30-day refund window has expired.
- The service has been fully delivered, completed, and accepted by the client.
- Custom-designed assets (logos, graphics, websites, landing pages, video content, written copy) have already been produced and delivered.
- The client provided incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or misleading information that affected service delivery.
- The client failed to respond to communication, approval requests, or content submissions within reasonable timeframes, causing delays.
- Results-based dissatisfaction (e.g., expected ranking improvements, lead generation numbers, ad performance, or ROI). Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous external factors, and Royal Market does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
- Third-party platform expenses including but not limited to: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, hosting fees, premium plugins, paid tools, SaaS subscriptions, and domain registrations.
- The client violates the Terms of Service or engages in prohibited activities.
- Monthly retainer services already rendered for the billing cycle in question.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled service packages clearly marked as “non-refundable” at checkout.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send a written refund request to info@royalmarket.site within the 30-day eligibility window.
Step 2: Include the following information in your refund request:
- Full name and business name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Order or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Service(s) purchased
- Detailed reason for the refund request

- Monthly retainers: Clients must provide at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel a monthly retainer. Payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable, but services for that month will continue until the end of the billing period.
